RHS Chelsea Flower Show great plant sell-off 2017

Every year, on the final day of the RHS Chelsea Flower Show, a crowd gathers near the Great Pavilion from around 3pm. At exactly 4pm a bell rings and the RHS Chelsea Flower Show great plant sell-off begins. In 2017 some of the Chelsea Pensioners announced the beginning of the Chelsea Flower Show plant sale.

By 5.30pm, when the Show shuts, the frenzy is over and the crowds are leaving, their arms full of beautiful blooms and horticutural ephemera.

Here are a few images from the Saturday 27th May 2017 Chelsea Flower Show plant sale. Also a video of the plant sell-off.
