The Forbidden City is located in south-west England, on Portland.
Since my visit, there are now actively-monitored security cameras and trespass leads to criminal prosecution under Portland Port’s 2018 General Bylaws rule. This makes it an offence to enter or leave the harbour premises other than by a designated entrance or exit, other than in an emergency.
In 2019, eleven people were convicted of trespass, with further prosecutions pending, so it really is the ‘Forbidden City’ now.
